Registration

• Conference attendees may register on Sunday, Jun 3rd from 1:00-8:00pm in the University of San Diego's International Peace & Justice Center (IPJ) Rotunda, or from 7:30am onwards on Monday, Jun 4th.
 
• The conference begins at 8:30am on Monday, Jun 4th, in the University of San Diego's Shiley Theater (directly across from the IPJ).
 
• Continental breakfast, coffee breaks, luncheon, Welcome Reception and Partner Pavilion are all in the IPJ.
 

Shuttle Buses

• A shuttle bus will depart from the Hyatt at 7:00am, to arrive at USD by 7:30am. A second bus will depart the Marriot at 7:00am, come by Hyatt to pick up any extra attendees, then arrive at USD by 7:40am. Hotel staff will direct you to the bus boarding location
 
• Buses will return to Hyatt/Marriot at 7:15pm, after the USD-hosted Welcome Reception.
 
• On Tuesday/Wednesday, buses will depart hotels at 7:30am, to arrive USD by 8:00am
 
• On Tuesday/Wednesday, buses will depart USD approximately 15 minutes after the final track/demo sessions.
 

Driving Directions

• If you prefer to drive from the hotels, following are driving/parking directions:
• Take I-5 South to SeaWorld/Tecolote Rd exit
• At the top of the exit ramp, proceed left at stoplight towards Morena Blvd
• Turn right onto Morena Blvd
• Turn left onto Napa Blvd
• Turn left onto Linda Vista Rd
• At first stoplight, turn left into USD West Entrance
• Check-in at security kiosk; identify yourself as a TelePresence World 2007 attendee
• Proceed to West Marian Way Parking Structure and park (free of charge)
• Estimated driving time: 20 minutes
• From the parking structure, proceed left up the road to the four-way intersection/stop sign. The IPJ will be on your right.  Look for the red circular roof of the Rotunda.
• Walking time: 3 minutes
